The Department of Transportation (DOT) held several community sessions to seek feedback on their multi-year study regarding the redesign of Grand Army Plaza. DOT was awarded a grant to study a new design for Grand Army Plaza. This study is now undergoing a streamlined public review so it can be considered for near term funding. Please note that this is a conceptual study, not an actual design for the plaza. Once the study is approved and funding is awarded, the project will go through a traditional capital design process and public review.
