DSNY’s Foundation for the Strongest will be hosting a Zero Food Waste Challenge on May 23rd at the Brooklyn Navy Yard from 6PM-9PM. It is a great event where 8 culinary leaders are going to be creating dishes featuring an upcycled ingredient for attendees to taste.
