DSNY’s Foundation for the Strongest will be hosting a Zero Food Waste Challenge on May 23rd at the Brooklyn Navy Yard from 6PM-9PM.  It is a great event where 8 culinary leaders are going to be creating dishes featuring an upcycled ingredient for attendees to taste.  I am hoping you might be able to assist in getting the word out by sharing the message below (or something similar) on your social media platforms or with your email lists.   I also attached a few photos that can be shared as

Get tickets for the Zero Food Waste Challenge on May 23rd at the Brooklyn Navy Yard from 6- 9 PM. From soup kitchen cooks to Michelin star chefs, watch these culinary leaders compete to make the ultimate zero waste dish.”

If you need any other information, please let me know.  I know it is not in everyone’s district, or even borough, but I do think a lot of your constituents would enjoy the event.  Thank you for your help and hope to see you on the 23rd!
