1) Vanderbilt Ave from Park Place to Plaza Street East 

2) Plaza Street East from Vanderbilt Ave to Eastern Pkwy

3) Sterling Place from Vanderbilt Ave to Underhill Ave. 

4) Butler Street from Plaza Street East to Sterling Place
