Beginning approximately on  February 4, 2022 TC Systems will start a  Fiber Optic Conduit Project on Nostrand Ave and Eastern Pkwy Service Rd . The work should be completed in 4 weeks . The working hours will be determined by NYCDOT Permit Office.
