This letter is to notify you of a utility job that has been scheduled to begin approx. 1/05/2022. The location is Nostrand Avenue (see attached diagram). The working hours determined by NYCDOT Permit office. The work should be completed in 4 weeks depending on weather.
Scope of work
- Excavation and installation of 1-4” PVC fiber optic conduits in the street and sidewalk
(Approx. 310 LF).
2) Install new 30” x 48” x 36” hand hole in sidewalk –1 EA
3) Backfill and full street and sidewalk restoration.
