Join the NYC Mayor’s Office of Sustainability as we explore resources available to owners and managers of properties that are 5,000 to 25,000 sq ft (roughly 5-25 units). Through the Retrofit Ready Webinar Series participants will learn how to get started on energy and water conservation work, break down barriers, and increase internal capacity to support retrofits. We recognize that building decision makers are struggling with competing priorities such as their financial capacity and pending building repairs. These primary items of concern need to be addressed before pursuing energy projects.

We are highlighting resources that are available through government and community partners that will help you navigate building improvements and improve financial health. The second in the series is the NYCEEC predevelopment loan which can cover up to $40,000 for eligible pre-construction expenses such as IPNAs, asbestos, lead paint mitigation, architectural drawings and more!
