The Open Restaurants Program will assist existing street-level Establishments that have been authorized to re-open under Phase 2 and want to use outdoor areas on a temporary basis.

Open Streets: Restaurants allows for expanded dining opportunities during temporary street closures. This program may consider Establishments upper level and below ground Establishments in addition to those at street-level.
