07/02/2025 07:00 AM Description: EXTERIOR DAY 5PM-8PM A picture vehicle pulls up in front of hero location. 2 characters exit the car and walk up the steps past the protestors and news crew and into the courthouse. EXTERIOR NIGHT 8PM-6:00AM Sc. 1, Military uniforms place prop barricades at the top of the steps. Sc. 2, 4 NYPD Cruiser drives on Flatbush Ave with flashing lights and pulls into the curb lane in front of hero location. Sc. 3, 5 NYPD retirees along with 25 actors dressed in NYPD uniform steps out of the car and go up the steps towards the line of military officers. All vehicles turn right onto Eastern Pkwy and heads eastbound and resets per MTVU discretion. Sc. 4, The NYPD retirees and the military officers have a conversation on top of the steps as protestors with face coverings protests in the back. Sc. 5, One of the NYPD retirees tell the head military officer to back down and step aside so they can enter the courthouse. Sc.6, The head military officer tells another military officer to shoot the NYPD retiree, he refuses and ends up taking a prop non-firing rifle and smashes it into the head military officers face and he drops down. The NYPD retirees and the protestors enter the courthouse. 35 military officers in military uniform, 50 BG Press, 25 Actors in police uniform, 250 BG Protestors with red ski masks, red bandanas, and plastic Halloween daredevil masks. BG protestors to hold up signs such as: NO MORE FISK, NO MORE FEAR, FISK, RESIGN NOW, FREE THE CITY, NOT MY MAYOR, VIGILANTES YES, FISK NO, TASK FORCEFISKS ARMY, WHEN POWER CORRUPTS, RESISTANCE RISES, OUR CITY, NOT HIS. Prop weaponed guns on-site, 64 Non-firing glocks, 30 Non-firing M4, 1 Foam M4, NO SHOTS FIRED.
Special Requests: MTVU and TED Assistance. Camera position in south side sidewalk and curb lane on Eastern Pkwy btw Flatbush Ave and Underhill Ave. Permission to wet down the Plaza. Permission to stage 1 75ft Camera crane, 2 military picture Humvees and 2 news crew vans, and 4 NYPD cruisers on Brooklyn Public Library Plaza. Permission to stage 4 Miliary vehicles and 4 NYPD cruisers on South Side of Eastern Pkwy on the tiger stripes. Permission to stage 1 80ft Lift and 3 60ft scissor lift on Eastern Pkwy. Permission to stage 1 80ft and 1 12×12 blue screen on the on North side of Flatbush Ave on picture block. Permission to have exterior fog, 8 smoke machines and 40 gallons of fluid per FDNY. Permission to temporarily turn off lights on DOT lampposts per Ivory Henderson-Robb at NYC DOT. 3 Variable Flash Signs to be present on curb lane per Lt. Pugni. Permission to skip MTA Bus Stop B41 on Flatbush Ave heading towards Downtown Brooklyn per Ruthie Jones at MTA. Drones will be launching from Brooklyn Public Library, 10 Grand Army Plaza, BK NY. Permission to park trucks and campers overnight on Eastern Pkwy and Flatbush Ave approval granted by Kwame Amoaku, mayors office rep.
