The project will install water retention tanks to help prevent flooding and combined sewer outfall (CSO) for an improved waterfront environment at the Woods Playground adjacent to Public School 335 (St. Marks/Bergen bet. Utica & Rochester Aves). Select City parks and parking lots have been chosen as locations for these tanks to be installed.
