A Tribute to the Buffalo Soldiers will be held on National Buffalo Soldier Day, July 28, 2021. This community event will Commemorate 2 special friends of VAGBSA: Board Members Richard “Rodeo Rich” Washington (passed in 2017) and Clarence E. Williams (passed in 2020).
