The One Crown Heights Festival returns to Brower Park (Park Place between Brooklyn and Kingston Avenues) on Sunday, August 15 from 12pm to 5pm.  

The event kicks off with the Brooklyn Alliance Drum Line followed by family friendly performers the Tropical Fete Stilt Walkers and Steel Pan performers, Dovid Pearlman, duet violinists Bud and Talyah Jack; Dr. Laz and the CURE, a Jewish and African American band; Dutch Squad Double Dutch; singers Aron Einhorn and Jah Paul; Harmony Music Makers Steel Pans; a magician, and a live DJ. 

Among the many activities will be the FDNY Smoke House, a basketball clinic, bounce house, NYC Parks Department Play Mobile, Arts and Crafts tables which will include Tie Dye Art and a Senior Painting Project, plus resource vendors, health screenings, including vaccines and testing, and kosher and non-kosher food vendors. Brooklyn Children’s Museum will provide free admission for its two play sessions from 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm on this day.
