The NYC Department of Veterans’ Services and NYC Service are looking for veterans interested in careers as public servants and NYC government employees to join the Service2Service (S2S) professional mentorship program.

Each veteran in this program will be paired with an NYC employee who will serve as their professional mentor. Throughout the Spring 2022 session, mentors will connect mentees to their networks, offer career mapping, and serve as a guide to municipal government.

This is a great opportunity for any veteran interested in a career in public service – whether you’re a student veteran, a recent graduate, or a professional looking to change careers. This is also an opportunity for NYC employees eager to help veterans further their careers.

Each mentee and mentor pair commits to a minimum of bi-monthly one-on-one in-person sessions from March to August 2022.
